Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves time where someone else who is waiting could be seen. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the applicable fee for their session

Privacy Policy:

At EQuilibria Physiotherapy, we understand the importance of protecting your privacy. We are committed to following all guidelines on client privacy and confidentiality, as set out by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the Province of Ontario. All information is securely kept, and documents are released only with your written consent. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available by request.
